Go make these now!

FLUFFERNUTTER CUPCAKES!

That's right Fluffernutter Cupcakes!

I wish I had a better picture, but these are the tastiest peanut-buttery deliciousness cupcakes ever! These were my first attempt at making cupcakes from scratch and they turned out fabulous! Here's a link to the recipe http://oneordinaryday.wordpress.com/2009/11/08/fluffernutter-cupcakes-for-cupcake-hero-peanut-butter/

One tip, check them after a few minutes less than the recipe calls for. I cooked mine for the minimum time but they were just a little overdone by then. Enjoy!

A Reveal

Remember this??

Well I finally turned it all into this!

So in love with it! I had plenty extra to make pillow case and throw pillows. I love the way it brightens up our room and the little bit of blue in the fabric makes the walls pop more!

Bowling!

Broncos Take The field
A sea of ORANGE
Loving the game!
About to score! (We had the best seats, both touchdowns scored right in front of us!)
Oh yes they do! Video of the winning touchdown! (Yes that's me screaming, sorry couldn't help it! I left the game with a massive headache and a sore throat, but it was worth it!)
Thanks for a SWEET Christmas present Adam!

P.s. in case you didn't know (WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?), the BRONCOS won 17-10!! WHOOHOOO!!!!

Oh Christmas Tree!

This was the first year we had our OWN tree and I got to pick out all my decorations! I loved it! Getting the tree itself was a little stressful since it HAD to be PERFECT! I knew I would have it for many years so I couldn't just settle on anything. And I do love it!

Since I didn't want to spend tons of money, I stuck mostly with ribbons, balls and big flowers. I have lots of gold and jewel tones and it made me happy every night we turned it on! Sadly, I didn't get any pictures of any of my other fun decorations this year, but the tree was definitely my favorite!
I also don't have any pictures of our Christmas festivities but we had a wonderful December. We spent the weekend before Christmas with Adam's family. There was some service projects, lots of food, games and good times opening gifts... I have just one of Bryce and Sadie opening up the cars, it took them awhile to figure out how to get into those gifts!

Christmas Eve we flew up to Boise and drove over to Ontario and spent the weekend with my family. My dad wanted to surprise my grandma and so they told her we weren't coming. So she was especially excited to see us come walking in the door. We had a lot of fun seeing our family and also got to be with some of our friends as well. We enjoyed lots of food, hearing stories from my grandpas days in the military (he was quite the crazy guy!), playing American Idol on the Xbox (which I won!), and just relaxing and being with our family. It was a great Christmas!
