April 6-12

Adam won the KTAR bracket challenge!  Seriously, out of I don't know how many (I was in the 800's) he won!   He was supposed to get chose of WiiU, Xbox One, Play Station but ended up not getting a choice and got an old Xbox 360 Halo Special edition.  So we'll probably be selling it since it's not exactly the more family friendly game system we were hoping for!  But lucky for us, it's going for a pretty good size on Ebay!

Tired little thing

Went to the Zoo and they said they would walk rather than ride in the stroller.  Oh happy day!  We got to go see things we normally can't see, including snakes which ended up being Adella's favorite!   She also climbed up on the slide which she doesn't usually do!

Almost got her up the Giraffe structure until she saw all the other kids.  Maybe next time!

Marilee is trying really hard to get on the frog by herself!

Charlie ended up randomly getting sick.  He chose to watch Golf.  Silly boy!

We got helmets!  These guys were so excited!  And they are both getting sooo good at riding!

March 30-April 5

Marilee prefers to kneel rather than sit, just like Adella!

I tried a letter matching activity with Easter Eggs, it didn't quite go over as I had hoped, but they did have fun!

Adella was in love with play on the go at the library this week.  We got to 'plant' flowers so of course she was in heaven!

Marilee refused to nap, and then fell asleep on me.   

They enjoyed the splash pad so much more than last year!

Until Adella fell!  Whoops!

E is for Elephant! 

We are spending lots and lots of time outside and this one doesn't mind at all!

Adella wants to play in the water every day!

New pj's for everyone!

We went for a water play date, I mean look at this thing!  So fun!  They weren't big fans of the water coming down the slide but had lots of fun just scooping water!

Alphabet coloring puzzle distracted them for a bit during conference!

 Coloring Easter Eggs!  This was their first year doing it since last year was a bit crazy with Marilee.  They had lots of fun, Charlie only broke a few eggs.

Adella was quite the hunter.  She was crazy excited running all over to find her eggs.  Charlie on the other hand thought he needed to open as he went.  It's a good thing we had this practice run before going to Grandma & Grandpa's or he would have ended up with nothing!

She was just happy to shake and 'eat' her egg!

March 23-29

Marilee in a dress that my Grandma made for me, on a blanket my Great Grandma crocheted.  

While at the park one day, Marilee stole one of Charlie's veggie straws.  She actually did quite well with it!

They wanted to ride their bikes all the way home!  Charlie made it the whole way, Adella had to take a break for about a block

At the mall, these two were so cute.  I loved how they would run off together holding hands. So sweet!

We've been spending a lot of time outside, and this girl is so happy to just swing!!

More bike practice!  Charlie was actually really good at going down this small hill, lifting up his legs and everything!

Letter of the week was A for Adella!  We painted

Made Apple cookies!

And Adella is very into picnics.  She makes a nice spread and always invites her dolly!
