Charlie and Adella hit 5 months last week! I almost forgot to take a picture and then saw the date on the computer and rushed to do it while they were in an OK mood. Since it was nearly 5:00 I knew my chances of getting decent pictures were slim! But we ended up with a few OK ones I think!
We didn't have a doctor appointment, so no new stat's on the babies, so I'll just tell you what they are up to these days.

Charlie still makes us laugh ALL the time. He has the BEST grin (only he won't do it on camera obviously!). All the young women at church adore him because he is so stinking cute! He has amazing concentration. He will hold a toy, or pacifier, or anything and try he hardest to get it in his mouth or wherever he wants it to go. He love's it when I sing to him, especially Old McDonald. He has now eaten rice cereal, carrots and bananas and is getting the hang of it pretty good. Some nights are better than others, but I think he likes it! We started swaddling him again to try to keep him from rolling over at night - its a bit more of a challenge when your arms are pend to your side. Most of the time by morning he has escaped the wrap (it's even one of those velcro ones), he's our little Houdini! He still hasn't mastered rolling from front to back, but has done it a few times. He seems to be more interested in trying to crawl. He is mostly easy going (at least more than his sister) and we have so much fun with him.

Don't let that adorable grin fool you, this one is a firecracker! She is a bit more demanding than Charlie but also can be just a sweetheart. She is a great model for the camera and also smiles a lot in general (except when she is in one of her moods). She also loves it when I sing to her. She has developed what I call a fake laugh. She will do a little cackle just so you will laugh back. It's pretty funny, Adam didn't understand why I said she had developed a fake laugh, but I think after hearing her a few times this weekend he gets it. She certainly cracks us up! She loves to roll all around and can get to just about anywhere in some way or another. She LOVES to eat! She has also had rice cereal, carrots and bananas. She gets very impatient when you are feeding her and don't get that spoon up to her mouth fast enough. She adores her daddy and we adore her!
