Obsessed

Charlie and Adella haven't really ever been big fans of TV, most of the time if I turn something on they watch for maybe five minutes and then go on playing.  However, recently they have become OBSESSED with Bubble Guppies!  They LOVE this show!  I don't know why, but seriously they love it!   Although I don't like to park them in front of the TV often, Bubble Guppies is conveniently on right around lunch time, which mean I can turn it on and actually prepare their lunch without them screaming and demanding to be held or demanding food before its ready.   A mom has to have at least one good trick up her sleeve right?   The other funny thing about the show is that Adella always crawls right up into her daddy's chair when it comes on.  She knows a thing about comfort I guess!

Joining the club

There seems to be a favorite cousin these days and my kids have become no exception to being smitten by Mr Owen!

This girl especially LOVED little Owie!  She would bring him toys and just sit and smile at him.  It was the cutest thing ever!  I just loved watching them 'play' with him!

Building together

These kids love blocks!  They never get sick of them!  I love walking in and seeing them working together on a structure - they don't always play nice, but most of the time they are pretty good!

More park hopping

We visited another park!  We really liked this one too!  There was a play structure just the right size and it was even shaded!   

Adella even went down the twisty slide.  I'm not sure if she meant to, or if she just sat down too close to the edge and went.  She was pretty surprised by it!
