So that was our Monday morning. After this disaster we headed to Target - because what else do you do when your kids are going crazy? While there we found some AWESEME tennis shoes for Charlie and Adella. They were in need because all of their other shoes are more dressy. I couldn't help myself when I saw these beauties!
Um HOW STINKING CUTE ARE THESE????? Adella loved them too. In fact when I tried them on her in the store and then took them off she threw a fit. We put them on after nap time and they loved stomping around in them and were pretty fascinated with them!
And not to be left out, Charlie got some too (because hey they were buy one get on half off!)
Once Daddy got home the fun didn't stop! We had a super fun FHE! We try to do something extra special on Monday nights for Family Home Evening. We read scriptures and pray together every night and usually sing a few songs, but on Monday's we try to do a little more (even though they have no clue what's going on yet!) On this particular Monday we sang LOTS of songs and had a little lesson about the temple. They were in such a happy mood -we took pictures so one day we can prove to them that they actually like FHE.
