Ok, I consolidated all my blogs into one list... did I lose you? Please let me know if you are missing, trust me it wasn't on purpose!
Also I've become obsessed lately with cute crafty blogs-not that I am accomplishing much from any of them, but I fully intend to - possibly starting tonight. If you have any great ones that I might like that I haven't included please let me know!

Weekend with the Parents!
So I don't know what I am going to have to do to make myself take pictures. I am very prone to forgetting the camera all together, or bringing it and then forgetting to use it. As a result we had a great time with my parents this weekend but no pictures to document the good times.
My mom and dad came down from Central Oregon and luckily we had a couple of days of great weather. Friday night we took them to one of our favorite Mexican places, La Parilla Suiza, and ate and ate and ate.... but did that stop us from eating more? Of course not! What trip would be complete without a visit to the Sugar Bowl? YUMMMM.... I love that place. My parents thought we were driving them to Timbuktu with as long as it took to get there, but yes it is very worth it. We weren't in the car for more than a couple minutes returning home before my dad was eating snacks in the back seat and requesting donuts... This led to a stop at Dunkin Donuts just so we wouldn't have to hear about it later. I honestly do not know where my dad puts everything he eats and stays so skinny!
Saturday was a bunch of cooking but the highlight was a visit to the Heard Museum and the World Championship Hoop Dancing Competition. Yes, I forgot the camera, but here are some pictures from AZCentral that are much better than mine would have been anyway:

QUESTION?
I just want to know one thing... did all of you who responded to my request for workout DVD suggestions get together and plot against me? So based on the overwhelming majority who suggested the 30 Day Shred I went out and bought it, and tried it out for the first time yesterday. When I saw that there were 3 levels I was thinking, well I'll start with 1 and hopefully it will give me a workout, but I'll probably have to move on to 2 soon. FALSE! From the moment she made me get on the floor and do push ups I was done. I was out of breath pretty much the whole time. Needless to say I am horribly sore today; all over my body, even in places I didn't know I had worked! Yeah, I think that number 1 could keep me working for a really long time.
So for all of you who thought it would be funny to suggest a DVD that would make me feel completely out of shape; well you succeeded! But don't you worry, I will conquer.... look out disc #2 here I come!

GO CARDINALS!
Just so no one thinks I'm just jumping on the bandwagon with this whole Cardinals thing, I must explain to you that technically I was a Cardinals fan before I ever moved to AZ. OK, so maybe not "technically", but if ever I was a fan of any NFL team, it would be the Cardinals!
Growing up my dad had one team that ruled our house; the Boston Celtics. Everything stopped when the games were on and we just hoped they won so all was happy in the home. Sometimes I wondered if he would jump right through our living room floor when he got excited (back then there was a lot to be excited about!). So whats my point? Well, my dad was never really into any other sports, but if he did watch a football game it was the Cardinals. He's always been a fan. And by default I guess that makes them my team as well. I mean really, what do you expect? I have no brothers so I have to be the fan of my dads team right?
So there you have it I'm a Cardinals fan!
A couple weeks ago we were able to go to their playoff game here. It was on a Saturday and the local pool store was offering a deal where if you spent so much on pool supplies you got two free tickets! Well we needed a pool cover anyway so we jumped on it!
These pictures are horrible because I forgot the camera and had to take them with my phone - but further proof that I am indeed a Cardinals fan!

Workout DVDs?
OK, I need a workout makeover. I'm burnt out on running so I need a replacement for now (at least till its warm enough to swim in our pool). So I was wondering if anyone out there has a favorite workout DVD. I mean one that really really works you. I have been doing Yoga Booty Ballet, and while fun and a good supplement to running, it doesn't really make me "feel the burn". Let me know if you have any recommendations!
